Yesterday 10,000 robins descended on my mountain ash tree to gobble up berries like they were going out of style. Not really a good sign. Usually means big crazy cold coming our way. Or, maybe they’re just hungry.😉 Let’s hope it’s that one.

Or maybe they like to get drunk! Loretta has had dozens of drunk birds fly into her window after feasting on the berries, with several not surviving.

Yes. Yes they do. They do get berry hammered from time to time. Geese in the Okanagan would get totally snackered on fermented fruit and smash into each other and crash into the water. hehehehehehe…. 8)
